Hurricane Katrina

It's a sad day when natural disasters that take the lives of many fall prey to political spin. The matters at hand are about life and death - not liberal or conservative. I don't believe I can be shocked any more when any sort of tragedy that takes place is quickly used towards a political end. When will people wake up? Perhaps never, for their ignorance and hatred blind their common sense.
